Tinpots is the rubric used by singer/songwriter and musician Phil Davis for the songs he creates with an ever changing kaleidoscope of collaborators.

Over the years Tinpots has had many line-ups, but for quite some extended period of time in the early 2000s  a horn section of myself on sax and Dave Fullwood on trumpet, Chris Petter on tea-chest bass, Sean Randle on drums and Dave Hart on lead guitar joined Phil (guitar and vocals).
